Ingenious installation of oil seal: When installing an oil seal on the crankshaft, the inner end face of the seal is likely to be twisted, causing oil leakage. Roll a piece of clean thin hard paper into a flared roll, put the roll on the shaft, put the small end of the roll on the shaft end, put the oil seal on the small end of the roll, and gently apply the oil seal Screw on the shaft, the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction of the reel. When the oil seal is in place, slowly exit the reel.
Ingeniously check the cable: the cable used for the disconnected water pump is prone to disconnection due to repeated folding and twisting in use. Use a 220V power plug to connect a 220V, 15W bulb in series to one of its power cords, and connect the two power cords to both ends of a core wire in the cable. After connecting the power source, the bulb lights up to indicate the line is connected. Otherwise, this core wire is broken. At this time, hold the cable with both hands and squeeze it in the middle section by section. If the light is on, it means the wire is broken.
