First of all, clean the tableware according to different ingredients.
1. Ceramic tableware
Porcelain is the most commonly used type of tableware in households. It is not only affordable, safe to use, but also very easy to clean and maintain, without too much special attention.
Before cleaning, you can roughly sort out the food residue on the plate with a napkin, then wash it with warm water with detergent and dry it. If you use a dishwasher to clean, you should pay attention to choosing an excellent quality detergent. One thing to note about bone china tableware is: Never wash with detergent, just wash it with warm water. Two, glassware
Generally speaking, gold-plated and silver glass, fragile crystal glass, opal glass and decorative glass must be washed by hand.
Since glass is fragile, it is best to put a rubber pool pad or a thicker towel at the bottom of the sink. For glass tableware with decoration, you can use a toothbrush dipped in detergent to remove the dust in the crevices of the decoration; stubborn stains can be wiped off with lemon slices, or soak in vinegar solution for a while before cleaning; glassware is not scratch resistant, so clean Don't use steel balls for hours.
If the glass tableware to be washed is not too dusty and greasy, just use some tea dregs to scrub it. Among tableware, stainless steel is the easiest "to take care of". It can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but if it is washed by hand, the following points need to be followed:
1. It must be cleaned in time after use, otherwise it will cause the appearance to be dim or dented, and shorten the service life. Wipe dry immediately after washing, do not let it dry naturally, or it will simply leave water stains.
2. Never scratch with hard objects. Many people don't pay much attention to the methods when using and cleaning stainless steel tableware, which results in man-made damage, such as cleaning with steel wire balls, resulting in scratches on the surface of the tableware. If there are scars that are difficult to wipe off, you can use a cloth dipped in a special stainless steel cleaner (available on the market), and rub it on the scars to remove them.
